Yeah that is really weird. Can you change the led to the hands or needles whatever they're called on the tech and speedo?

I've got a forest pearl green jeep but Im a little worries that the more neon"y" green lights that they have at superbrightleds would look a little weird? What's everyone think? And does anyone know how hard it would be to change the lighting on my deck?

Hell no. Green LEDs look raw. You should def change atleast your dash controls and gauges. And the floor lights. Leave the dome lights white if you wish. I say go for it whole heartedly

My roomate has green hid headlights and interior lights on his cavalier. It makes me envy... See what I did there.

I was thinking more if I wanted to have the background white and have the needles blue? Also how many leds should I order for the tach and speedo minus the hvac?

Is it possible yes. Do I know how? No. If you want to color match I suggest going out and grabbing the cheapest headunit with your color lighting. Should cost anywhere from 60-110$. Especially if your still rocking the stock headunit.

I definitely won't be getting a new deck because I just got a new last summer and it's pretty nice but I'll look into changing the color of the deck but if it's too hard I guess I'll just have green and blue

That's weird. How are the needles orange and the background light green on a stock unit?

Color of plastic. The lights behind it are white so they just illuminate the color. Diff LEDs change it up. If you try and mixmatch colors it looks like this.

Alright so I recently saw someone's truck who had LEDs across the bottom of his dash that lit up when the bass hit. He said he wires them into his amp anyone know anything about this?

Yeah. A lot of people do it. It's relatively simple. My bud had 2 10's under the back seat of his truck that have LEDs on em and them light up his floor board when it pounds.

Not sure off the top of my head. I believe he spliced the LEDs into the 16-18 gauge wire running from the amp to sub. Instructions on google.

The blues hurt my eyes too but that was in my Acura. I put the red in my jeep and no problems. I noticed an over console red light in your jeep kid rock. How'd you do that and what did you use?

Led strips for the dime lights, hardwired in. One strip for the front and one for the back. Super bright, easy install and love them.

Great idea! You know, you were about 5 years old when I started running blue lights behind the grill of my CJ5.
