When she asked him about the truck he said "well I needed something to get your new sewing machine home".

Apparently it worked. She was so happy about the sewing machine that she didn't get too mad at him for the truck.

Added a Rugged Ridge armor kit, 7" fenders, Nightshaded the lights, Iridium plugs, front bumper bar for future lights, black Jeep lettering, zombie lettering and painted the headlight rings. It was a busy weekend.

Please do - mine is stuck on defrost!

Wll I finally got around to installing the rear bumper/ tire carrier. As I said before this was an ebay item that is very common on their site. I must say the quality is very nice. The finish is perfect. The welds look very strong. The hardwear is grade 8. Everything fits just right. There was a slight issue with the back of the trailer hitch hitting the rear crossmember causing a 3/4'' gap. A grinder took care of that issue real quick. I grinded down a little of the back of the hitch. No biggie. Here is the finished product.

All I did this week, Took my Jeep to Aetna Mountain. Put new 33x12.50 Km2s, put a hilift on the hood, made quick disconnects and bust my rear shocks on Aetna.

Cheers
I'd just go buy the smaller diameter one, not worth the headache to drill it out and they can't be that expensive.
Nice hitch, is that from WalMart too or elsewhere?

Yea, got it at Academy. It works well enough for being $100 and with a lifetime warranty who cares what happens to small components.

Definitely recommend the heat gun method when taking off the factory knob, but what I wanna know is did anyone reverse this operation? It looks like an SOB to put the cap back in place

Are you talking about the plug with the shift pattern on it?

Nope, didn't try to put it back in.

In fact, I even hack sawed the threaded portion off.
