Took it over to my dad's shop. Changed the oil, burned a couple of holes in the front bumper to mount some lights, and rigged up a mirror to use when I take the doors off.

Had to put a new battery in today... pi$$ed because the old battery is barely three years old.

This morning I got up, hit the gym, and noticed leaving and coming home the Jeep had a hesitation in starting. I thought it was just me (should have known)... came home, quick shower for work, and **tickticktickticktick** I thought it would be the starter. I had meetings this morning, so ended up calling AAA to bring the Jeep to my garage (since I have zero time to even work on things).

The old battery has a "dead cell," but there should be some pro-rated credit on it. Of course my guy is telling me his battery is "the best," which is what I heard three years ago.

Of course, it doesn't help that I also need new front and rear brakes (rotars are ok, thank goodness)... yeah my life.

put on a trail rack

I found a trail rack on craigslist with jerry can's. I cleaned it up, repainted both and installed. My wife says she doesn't care for it and probably won't drive the jeep to work any more.... hummm.... did my evil plan work?

Painted bumpers, door handles, and step bars. Removed front milk jugs. Kept the back ones on and painted

For those who are thinking of painting stuff, I bought a rustoleum spray head at Wally world that clips onto rattle can...was like 2 bucks and soooo worth it. Paints so evenly
