Nope I dont have the adjustable arms. The Zone 4" has some pinion angle blocks that adjust it up a little and I also have the 1" motor mount lift which helps the angle as well. I have no vibrations at all. I plan to install a tummy tuck and when I do I will be adding the adjustable uppers to keep a good pinion angle.

Finally got the time (and the weather) to do the Monstaliner bed liner. I found that doing the base coat with a spray gun really helped get into the corners nice and easy and really make it look professional. Really like the way this turned out. Jeez, now I have to put everything back.......

Got mine too! Wife and I put it on the TJ today...took about three hours all in all...I had the hardest time getting the front into windshield header slot - did you have any problems with yours?... would be great if there was some trick to it that Jeepers on this forum would share...

Pic's up soon.
I didn't really have any problems with the windshield header. I just followed the directions in the box and took my time to make sure I only did it once. Me and my son did it in about an hour and a half going slow and careful. The trick for me was to remember that the canvas folds back over the screw holes to cover them up before it wraps around the header. Once I got my mind around that part, the rest was a piece of cake.

I had a friend stop by after and show me a cool trick for doing the side windows as well. By not completely zipping the zipper, it's a lot easier to slide the front edge of the window into the flange on the door surround. I was doing it the hard way before. Probably obvious, but I'm still a noob.

I'm pretty sure I dealt with the same bolt when we pulled the engine on my XJ, total nightmare.

Spending 5 hours on one bolt does build character. It was the upper left e-torex bolt in the bell housing. First, it is really hard to get to. Nearly impossible to see and it was really tight. I started with a 3/8 drive ratchet, worked up to a 1/2 with an 3/8 adapter so if would fit in the tight area. Could not get enough leverage in the tight space so I next tried my air impact. The impact hammered for a while but did not loosen the bolt. Finally the impact rounded the head.

At that point I got out my best tool, my cell phone. Called a friend with a welder and we welded a large nut on the bolt head. This allowed quite a bit of force to be applied. Still the bolt did not loosen. Finally broke the welded nut off the bolt. Just like following directions on a shampoo bottle, I repeated this. The second and third time had the same disappointing results.

Next came the air cutoff tool. Hard to get into but I did take some of the bolt head off. However, my air compression just is not big enough to get much done. I switched to an electric cutoff and made some more progress but it was too big to get down to the lower part of the bolt head. I finally took my wife's dremel tool she uses for trimming the dog's nails and slowly got the head off.

Jeeps do build character.

If I had a dollar for every bolt like that on my jeep I'd be able to pay someone to struggle with them!!

New Bestop Trektop on today, I'm sure it will be easier next time. They have some real close tolerances on this thing, it's tight as a drum.

Finished the bumper.....FINALLY!!!!! Took a lot longer than I had expected, but was a great time working with my dad. Not perfect by a longshot, but it came out better than expected. Still have to wire the winch & fogs.

Here are a few pics of the process to completion.

Sorry for all the pics, just super proud of my pops and that we finally finished.

Went out with a couple I know and their 5 year old son. Went shooting and enjoyed the outdoors. Since we had so much rain lately we took the TJ. Didn't really need to but who needs an excuse to take the Jeep? lol This is a shot from the little public shooting area at the edge of Buffalo Gap National Grassland.

Swapped my rear lower control arms from Rugged Ridge back to the originals. Now it's the perfect pinion angle for my SYE and it's a little higher. No more vibrations. I can finally hear the road noise from the MT's. Woohoo. Ready to go and find mud for Queen's Birthday weekend.
