Bed lined my wheels.... I know you all are probably getting tired of seeing before and after pics, but I have to do it too... I think it's a big improvement, thanks for the idea!

It looks great man, not speaking for everyone by any means, but I love the before and after shots.

Handed the keys over to the wife for a ride. She hasn't driven it since I put on the 4 inch lift and 35s two months ago, and today was the day she decided to crawl on up. Now if she would only come home sometime tonight...

Looks good brother! Did u use both jb weld & bondo? If you don't mind me asking, what grit did you use to sand down the jb weld?

I just filled a couple gaps in my bumper welding (my dad and mine's handy work), and I'm not sure the best way or grit to sanding it down.

I'm getting a lift soon. Does anyone know if I'll need anything new to buy if i get a RC 3.25" suspension lift, and a 1" BL? I've heard if you just go with a 4" sus. lift, you need a lot of new things.

My 2.5" Rough Country suspension lift came in today! And I picked up a matching steering stabilizer too. Got the front end and the stabilizer installed tonight. Time for bed. The back will go on tomorrow. As well as STICKERS!!!

A lot easier than I thought it was going to be.

I had only one problem, and that was the teraflex kit (and probably most others, are designed for LHD) which meant the sheathing for the wire was to short, easy fix with another bike brake cable.

Other than that, it was 2 holes drilled! very easy

If you would like, I will post a thread with a blow-by-blow pic install.

Plasti-dipped one wheel (spare was done about a month ago) before the weather changed quick!! Wondering if I should have gone with bed liner spray instead, for easier touch ups but then I would have 2 1/2 cans of plast-dip just sitting around? Thoughts?

What we did today

Removed hard top, installed soft top. Removed the milk jugs from front and rear bumpers. Purchased flat bumper end caps from jeep dealer. Just have to find some way to fasten them.

Did you save the "bolts" from the milk jugs? That's what I did, works fine.

After trimming my fenders and losing my side marker lights with the way I cut them, I wanted to add a turn signal back to the side of the Jeep. Ran up the auto parts store and bought these for a few bucks a piece.

The light has a bolt coming out of the back so what I did was drill one of my fender bolt holes slightly larger and mounted the light with an existing hole. Took the ground wire and wrapped around the back of the bolt and tightened the nut and washer to it. Trimmed the excess wiring and wire loom and there you have it. Will get a shot of it at night for brightness but at least I have something on there now and it's pretty stealth so you only really see it when it's being used.

I palsti dipped mine about 2 weeks ago and they are starting to peel. Now I am going to buy the dupli color wheel kit and use that due to having aftermarket wheels.

Also needed to respray my door handles and some other pieces that began to suck! Did the bedliner spray of course of course.

Did the tailgate handle as well..no pic. Also did the plastic pieces behind the side mirrors.

Used Krylon Fusion on my side mirrors...eh...not very impressed with the outcome so I will probably bedline the mirrors also next weekend.

Did my gas cap area.

Bedlined rear bumper

Belined front bumper and plastic piece as well

Replaced the radiator, water pump, thermostat, spark plugs, and wires. Needed to do the radiator, and figured might as well do the water pump too. Special thanks to my neighbor the mechanic. Learned a lot about old gasket removal, site preparation and replacement. Best of all, he works for beer.

12 year old motor needs gaskets. No leaks yet, but noticing some areas of concern. Still running strong with only 61K miles on it. Got to keep up the maintenance to keep it running for another 200K+.

Stock fog light switch went bad so I ran it to a new toggle switch. Then she got new oil, oil filter, air filter, and greased her all up. And finally, tomorrow, she is getting the grill repainted...... In bed liner. Also ordered bushwhacker pocket style flares.
