For the rockers I see the rivets on the outside. What's holding it on underneath. I've always wondered how people have done this

My BCC Rockers are held on by four large rivet nuts set into the body on the bottom.

I have those same qd's on mine as of yesterday. I used both the small washers on the head and the factory washer on the pin side to take up slack.

I just finished putting a new bumper on the front on mine a few minutes ago..FEDEX ran today!

Flushed my heater core. I wondered if I would got anything since the coolant is so nice and clean, but I did get some brown gunk out of it. I flushed it both ways a few times and now with the defroster on, holding my hand over the vent gets pretty uncomfortable in a hurry. I'd say the flush was a success

I flipped my windshield forward trying to find the source of the leak that shows up in the drivers floorboard after it rains. The cowl seal looked good, but the foam in the corners is pretty well mashed flat. In fact, the one on the drives side was stuck to the windshield frame. I cleaned it up and stuck it back on the cowl seal with some weatherstripping adhesive. I'll find out if it helped next time it rains. Of course, we're in the midst of a severe drought, so it may be a while

The inner windshield gasket has shrunk to the point it doesn't fit in the corners any more. Since the windshield is glued in, I'm not sure if that would let it leak or not.

My decal finally came in the mail so I got that put on today.

Hopefully it actually makes my Jeep Death Proof haha.

It only turned out okay though. A few bubbles and creases and it's very very slightly off center. Nothing too huge though. They get kind of hard to put on when they're that big, plus I have very little patience.

Looks good! When they're that size, the wet install method works best IMO.

Did the greasing of the steering components. One of the boots is broken and leaks and one of the fittings is missing on another. Can I replace these?

Yeah, I read that in the directions, but like I said, my impatience got the best of me haha. I figured I'd be good enough to just lay it down dry, I didn't feel like squeegeeing out all the water and stuff, but I'm sure I spent just as much time trying to get out the creases and air bubbles.

By the way... Does anyone have any good preservation tips? I'd like it to last a little while.

I sold my jeep, well I guess technically yesterdays news. The new owner had to call me up to tell me he about pissed himself when he found out that I wasn't exaggerating that it can do wheelies and again after he raced a Supra and made it look slow. He reported 20mpg to boot. I'm wondering what he'll tell me about for the next leg of the journey (NY to FL).

Oil change, top off windshield fluid and coolant. It's nice today so the doors and top are coming off. What else should I do today?
