Added the next component to my project bin...Picked this bad mama jamma up at the local JY for $35. Complete with hinges, cable mounts, and inside hinge brackets.

Very little surface rust even behind the hinges.

Did an automatic trasnmission filter and fluid change - what a messy job!
Easy, but messy. Feels much better now.

Also fixed the wiring to the factory powered sub and removed and washed all my carpets.

Tell me about it. I started with one oil container and ended with my oil container a large bucket, refuse bags, nexspaper and still tons of fluid all over my driveway.

Was not today but yesterday i did this with the wife's jeep. she was not too pleased. The pic does not do justice on how steep but it was a steep mountain side and was outs at the bottom. Maybe now she will approve the upgrades to the cherokee so i stop using hers for the hard trails.

We were looking straight up in the sky. The 2 guys that climbed on were practicing for the circus act. It was fun for sure.

Drove her to NH to play in NH dirt, then replaced the serpentine belt and plugs, then more fun finding abandoned railroad lines in NH.
