I have an engine squeak too. I've changed both idler pulleys, the serpentine belt, but it's still there. Looked around the intake manifold, gonna have to see if any of those bolts are loose. I also saw that I have a bolt broken off on one header, maybe that's the problem?

Think of caster as axle rotation. More accurately, if you drew a line directly through the upper & lower ball joints, caster angle is between that line and perfectly vertical. At correct caster, your steering wants to automatically return to straight. Which is why it likes to go straight going forward, and likes to turn to steering lock going in reverse.
Aside from serious custom modification (removing the axle tubes and rotating just the center section, or inner C's) to change caster, you would change the length of the control arms. Since pinion angle is affected by that too, in a TJ it's a balance between proper pinion angle, and correct caster.
Not sure what you mean by one tire in front of the other, but I'm picturing a crooked axle, which you could call doglegging, out of rack, or f****d.
Hope that helps.
If anyone else reads that and feels any part of it needs cleaned up or can be made more accurate please chime in.

Edit:
On topic. Checked my tracking number on the artec 8.8 truss it's due in 2 days. Tonight I have a fist fight with an old pair of upper control arms that I got from a fiend free that "won't adjust". We'll see about that.

I had a squeal that was coming from my alternator, take the belt off and spin the pulleys by hand and feel if they run smooth or not

I admired it in the parking lot of my dorm as I continually search for a hard top for the winter. After a month of having it, and it being my first car in which I can actually call mine and am making payments on, I love it so damn much.

Now to find a hard top for a decent price ugh...

I helped a friend to located a squeal under the hood and it ended up being a small whole in his intake.

I put a new radio in today. A JVC KD-S79BT radio.
It has a setting to where I can talk on my phone using the bluetooth and the wife says it is as if i was on the phone itself with no background noise.

Got 3/4 of the way done with the lower long arms. I will finish the rest tonight. I was originally going with a radius arm setup but now I am thinking 3 link. Time will tell.

Top up or down? On the highway or the parking lot?

I'm hesitating between the Kenwood KDC-252U (el cheapo, no subwoofer out -- not that I need one) or something else with bluetooth, which I really like on the Ford Escape my SO has.
