Bought them at Les Schwab Toyo brand 33X12.50R15 about $300 a piece if I remember right. I cannot remember the specifics but can get them when I get off work.

Thank you! I can't claim credit though, they came with the jeep when I bought it. This is my first jeep, I have wanted one for yrs but was always buying the practical vehicles. I am calling this my "mid life crisis vehicle".

Added a bug guard to hide where the bug guts had eaten through my paint before it had a bug guard. Amazing what not cleaning off bugs can do. Happened before I owned it.

Got the baby aligned. Mechanics words were, "needed a lot of adjustment" and then "drives really well for a lifted vehicle"

What I did to my Jeep this MONTH

The scumbag that sold me the jeep probably changed the oil 2x in 10 years, and the guy the did my machine work believes he put sugar in the oil before selling it.

Any hoo... Machined the block and head.
New pistons, crank, cam, bearings, lifters, etc.
Runs like a new jeep, all for approx $1400

Also, new shocks and I re-upholstered the seats while it was down.

Like new!

Installing my new Aussie locker in the morning. Bought new inner axle seals to replace the 7 year old ones. Then decided I'd replace the OEM cover with a poison Spyder bombshell cover! Bulletproof! Can't wait! Check'em out they are a great deal and beefy!

It looks great, did you have to buy the spare tire extension kit?

Hi what type of spare tire system is in the picture? I have a similar rear bumper and would like to keep it but also get something that supports my spare tire a bit more than the stock tail gate (too many rutted roads). This looks like it would allow me to keep the rear bumper and support the tire.

Is that an 8.8? I'm still stock but thought about pulling one from pic a part and tinkering so it will be ready when the D35 gives up the ghost

@Rumdog - looks fantastic! I have the same exact TJ. I've been looking at those rims and a 2" lift for mine as well. Did you do a spacer lift on yours?

I went to the dealer today to pick up a screw and nut. They should have supplied the Vaseline as well:

When I bought my TJ this summer, there were only five screws holding the hard top. The one by the front sport bar was missing and, silly me, I wanted to make things right. First visit to the dealer, they had screws in stock but no nut, which I ordered. Second visit the nut was in, but had sold out of screws the day before. Order the screw and go for a third visit. They now had the screw but couldn't find the nut they had the other day. By the fourth visit, they finally had both.
They also had the bill: $9.25 for the nut, $8.10 for the screw. Plus 13% sales tax made a total of $19.61.

If I had known I would have had to pay this much for hardware at a dealer, I would have gotten a Porsche!
