The daughters and I changed the oil and filters in our jeeps and now I'm letting my 3rd brake light bedliner mod dry. I cut a decal and sprayed it so that when I pull the decal after it dries the light will shine through in the shape of the cutout. I did the same to my turn and marker lights but with a different cutout:

^^^before I whacked off the milk jugs and bedlined my grill.

Thanks for the tip! Picked up mine too. Now I just need the extender due to my bumper and 33's

installed the new blue rubber boots on my rear shocks and painted my rear coils blue. Also installed 5/8" poly isolators on the rear coils. Now the rear matches the front shocks and coils with the dark blue accent color.

Spent all day trying to find this damn noise. Originally thought it was a squeal or chirp from a u joint or something. All joints are brand new or checking out fine. Everything is greased. Kinda thinking it sounds like the t case and 4wd felt s little funny. Not a happy camper.

I decided to clean my AIC valve and then broke the plastic on one of the plastic pieces that holds a cable on the throttle body. This sucks.
Do i need the tran kickdown cable or can I shift (auto tranny) for a while until i get the cable.

For anyone that's up, is there a certain amount of time for putting on a clear coat? Can I finish my paint, let it dry overnight, and clear coat tomorrow?

Mine was the same way! Had a local welding shop weld the corners of the skid right to the frame real quick while I worked out fixing it. Worked great I advise you do this. Pm me for further details on what or how I did it

yea you want your base coat to flash over and then clear over it cuz if you wait to long the base coat getts to hard and the clear does not get the time to melt together. You can clear coat 2 to 3 time after the first clear coat. I put mine on very thick so when i do get scraches on my jeep it is easier to speed buff it out with out burning the paint! That is what i did and i hope this helps

Bought and installed new Trico windshield wipers on front and rear window (Hard top rear window). They work like a charm!

Welded a piece of scrap 3/16 strapping from the side of my frame to skid plate for extra security until I can afford to fix it right...

Mine ended up being the bell joint on my double cardan joint. Took a needle grease gun to grease it up but I think the bell joint is wasted already. I ordered a new one to replace it.

I installed ten year old kc lights that came with the jeep when I bought it. And while doing it I found a papermate pen made in the USA, guess what it still worked.

My drive shaft and all joints on it are brand new, bout 2 months old.

Lifted the rear off the ground and took it to speed, no noise. I'm lost.

Going to replace mine with rain-x ones, they work great on my sisters corolla and the ones in the jeep, not sure brand but they're useless and brand new. Any suggestions to other than rain-x ones anyone?
