Thinking about doing this to the headlights to give it a lil personalized touch. This is just photoshopped, just playing around with some ideas. Gonna photoshop my grill black and see how it would look, still debating about that.

Bought an LJ Rubi on Thursday (got rid of my 2011 JK), stripped her all day Saturday and Sunday, took her in for a complete linex job on Monday (interior and exterior). More than excited to drive a TJ/LJ again!

Only when I open the garage door. It is more of a gaze than a see. I plan to drive it everywhere I can when I can drive it again

Pretty sure I killed my throw out bearing this weekend as well, hoping to make a recording tonight and then start planning that fix.

Got to pick it up from the transmission shop. New clutch, pressure plate, pilot and throw out bearings and to top it off a input shaft. Last week it got tires, front bumper and winch. It's been an expensive couple of weeks.

oooooh, do tell. How many miles on the clutch? What kind of clutch did you go with? How hard is it to do (i'm getting mentally prepared to do mine)?

It's a luk clutch. I just had it done lying on a cold garage floor in Michigan in January is not fun. It's been single diget lately. The clutch itself was fine but the throw out and pilot bearings were pretty bad. It ended up messing up my input shaft so that had to be replaced too. Not a cheap fix but at least it's done.

I also got a new clutch, man does it feel great! Got the new clutch while I had to get new transmission. Expensive week for me too :/

Well it was my throw out bearing but hey since it's gonn be tore apart do everything. The hardest thing for me was dropping the skid. My bolts where extremely tight. (get some liquid wrench) but other than that we dropped the tranny easily (left the transfer case attached) make sure you line the clutch up and then do everything backwards. Had a little trouble with the slave cylinder you have to have it go into this little plug. You will see when you do it but only took me about 4 hours with my cousin. Did it in the cold too.
