I have seen the post for instrument panel replacement and plan to do that soon. Looks very nice. Where did you get the blue LEDs for the footwells, etc.?

Thanks

4 rusty bolts that are likely to snap. I'd like to heat them up when taking them off but I have no means of doing that atm.

I'm not positive that they will, but I had a bolt snap on the back bumper. I'd rather be safe then sorry. Plus, I'd like to have fog lights to put on, so I can do it all in the same day. When I get the cash I'ma get some Duallys

I'll probably break before then though.. It's so hard to just have parts sitting around

Changed my oil, changed box diffs, checked Tcase and trans. Getting ready to go to Rausch Creek again this weekend.

Also removed the Sport sticker getting ready for my new decals and tried TONS of diff places to put the 60" hi lift because Im tired of it on my front bumper like it is.

I wanna put it on my hood but there is issues. Will hit my lights when I lift it, not paying for those mounts, I want my squirters to hit the windshield and its a HEAVY 60".

Got a lead on a set of half doors, they're blue but I think plasti dip will fix it until I can paint them solar yellow if the price is right and they're not severely damaged.

Awesome! Did you use a kit (dipyourcar.com) or just out of a bottle? I've been considering this exact thing in matte black. How difficult was the prep?

If you find something that's not front bumper or hood. Let me know haha my 60" is currently mounted, leaning against the wall in the garage.

I came up with something good, well I like it any way. Tiny tiny bit of fabbing up some stuff with bar stock. What rear bumper do you have?

Ya it has a swing out carrier, it's all kinds of difficult.

I havent been in the cheap easy fun creative mod thread for quite some time...it got too big so I switched to this one for ideas. lol. I looked in there now tho and found some one did exactly what I was going to do with my hi lift. lol

http://www.wranglerforum.com/f5/chea...ml#post3329244. The red jeep with it on the back carrier. Works on mine because the top contact point for the tire(the vertical bar) is bolted in and I can remove it. Yours, from pics I see on line, is not. I wasnt welding on mounting points like he did tho. I thought about it but instead I just made a T out of 2 pieces of bar stock, bolted it in like the long bar was and took it from there. I just mocked it up with thin bar stock I had. I need to get some good stuff, and better hardware tomorrow and then do it for real on Friday.

Now the bad news. If I do it this way I will be cutting a little off of the hi lift! lol. Not as small as the 48s but it would be closer to 55. Should still be tall enough for me. With out it I could NO WHERE near center the jack or it would rip open my top when I opened the carrier.

Best I can tell its about 1/4 inch from the hood in the back and about 1/2 inch in the front. Just enough in the back not to pinch the washer lines. I thought about getting some foam and gluing it to the hood but not sure.

Washed it, and pulled off the panel on my passenger side door to lubricate the lock because it has been sticking.
