Hey, I'm guessing this regulator you replaced has something to do with the ol' "double tap" starting procedure? PM me and let me know if it solves your problem. All I do is: when I climb in, I turn the key to the run position twice to prime the fuel pump before I crank it.

I used the Rustoleum Camo Green and Camo Black for the bumpers and fender flares.

BDS kit installed

Wellll,

After stalking the FedEx track-a-package page for 6 days, I took delivery of the 2" coil kit by BDS from OK4wd.com ($394 w/ FREE shipping on all BDS kits). Got it installed in about 8 or 9 hours. I had to make a run to the parts store to exchange the coil compressor I rented for a strut spring compressor, then run back again to get the second pinion/camber angle cam bolt that didn't come in the "cam bolt kit" from rockauto.com, then I got suckered into going to the movies after my gf said she was going to pick me up and go see "Zero Dark Thirty", and wound up going to see a movie that wasn't about Navy Seals killing Bin Laden, but rather a psychological thriller with Jude Law. So, I had a few bothersome distractions, but wrapped it up yesterday, and everything's great. No DW, but it did UN-screw my alignment up- when I bought it, the steering wheel was at like 12:30 when I was driving straight down the road, but now it's perfectly at 12:00 lol. I measured off the frame, and my back axle is 1/4" off center. So, adjustable track bars, adjustable c/a's and maybe even those cool ass tera flex disco's I just watched a video on. Alright guys, thanks for reading, and thanks for all the info on here that helped me make the right choice and spend the money on a really solid kit. Drive safe, and wear your safety glasses when you're wrenching, I was lucky I had 'em on yesterday!

Applied Penetrol to all the black plastic and metal (not the underside of the Jeep though). Protected and brought the color and low gloss back for another year!

Put seafoam through the brake booster and in the gas. Seems to run a little smoother, but it could be a placebo effect. Hopefully my gas mileage improves at least slightly.

Dropped new JCR front bumper for powder coat. Fingers crossed that it will be done by the weekend. =)

Related question... Is there any good and permanent way to paint steel bolts/washers? Or does anyone know where I can get them in black?

MCE fenders came in yesterday, but it rained all day. It's clear out, but I'm apprehensive about cutting my fenders. I'm afraid I'll screw it up. I guess I"ll pull it in the backyard to have a look see.

Got the fenders installed. It wasn't bad at all. I was having trouble visualizing the cuts, but once the template was in place, everything made sense. These really are pretty nice. I'm very pleased with the result. Also, I had a question and a quick call to MCE and Mike was very helpful

Now I just need to figure out what I'm going to do with my front bumper.

Rough Country 3.25 kit
Not sure if I'll use the 3/4 spacers. Really got a good deal which includes the sway bar links, TB bracket, TC drop.

Got my $25 compressor, also bought my shackles finally. What can I do to them to make them not rattle against the bumper?

I know this may sound funny, but I mounted my shovel and axe in the back on the inside of the door. Occasionally the shovel would rattle if I hit a pot hole or something, so I got the lil furniture floor protector things, like goes on the leg of a chair, sticky on one side, felt on the other and stuck it to the door, now no more rattle. You may could do the same there! Just get the pack of the small black ones from walmart. Worth a shot!
