Bestop Trextop NX. very first mod i made 2 years ago and up until the new shoes the best.

Actually had to wait to get it because Bestop was having a hard time fulfilling orders when it first came out. only issue is that it is a PITA to put the rear window in sometimes. has a specific pattern that i don't remember right now considering here in Ohio i haven't had it off in over 4 months and with the 3" of snow we got yesterday not going to happen any time soon. a must is the little grab pulls. about a $1 at local 'mart.

I know not correct area but i purchase the Zone 4.25" inch combo but only used the 3" suspension. Anyone interested in the 1.25" body lift and 1" motor mount lift. PM me and we can discuss a price.

i have a question: what do you do with the top when you take it off? is there a neat way to keep it on the jeep so that if it rains suddenly (i live in FL) you an put it back up?

im thinking about selling my spice supertop and getting a black/tintted frameless top

Added my d-ring shackles to the stock bumper! Very pleased with the look! Should I paint them black to match my tow hooks or keep them the color they are now?

I hope you made holes, pushed them through, and welded them on the back... Otherwise they will just break, they could bend the bumper still as is stock bumpers are flimsy.

Those are awfully wide to be connected directly to anything structural, no? I'd definitely be interested in more info though, as I'd really like to do the same...just haven't found a way to do it right yet.

Got the Jeep out today instead of driving my big truck, found out exactly how anemic the old four cylinder is! Needed to take my fork lift attachment for my tractor up to my other house in the mountains. Thought, hey! I will just throw it onto the rear carrier basket and shoot on up there. Well it weighs about 400 lbs, and boy did it slow the Jeep down! 40 mph top speed up the mountain! Got to ride around in the woods after I got there though. My dad was up in the woods cutting firewood, so I cruised up in there after I unloaded.

I get 35 mph top speed going up. Without towing or any bags -_-

Someday she'll get a GM small block. She sure deserves it

I believe these will fold your bumper up like a tin can unless you have put some structure behind them. The force applied to be pulled out, or to pull someone out is phenomenal. Think of the last time you had your boot stuck in the mud and how hard it was to pull it out. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Put red line synthetic in the front and rear diffs. Next the t-case and transmission. Then driving again. First I have to get a 17 hex socket. I have an SAE set but if course the American made jeep is metric.

Changed out the air filter because I work in Niagara Falls and it got dirty quick lol. Tomorrow gonna be swapping out the spark plugs.

Generally reflected on the fact that I commute 30min one way to work in a Jeep and didn't care because that thing makes me pretty stoked about my day.

Just for cosmetics I have tow hooks, the shackles were laying around and the mounts were only like $30

Found them online, I just tapped into the back of them and added two bolts, just for looks the tow hooks are for towing
