I'm guessing it is only for 03-06 (maybe 02) because the neon has the same engine. I don't know what year you have but I've seen some of your posts and always assumed you had the 2.5l

I do.....the neons injectors are 4 hole, and are supposed to vaporize the fuel better.

So this option doesn't work in I-4.0?

Just cleaned my throttle body, wasnt that dirty actually. But while i was in the i noticed one of the hoses that comes out of the top of the engine was completely disconnected. Sorry not sure what its called. About 1/2" wide and connects into the big part of the air system that sits right on top of the throttle body. Maybe that will fix my bad idle/power issues?

2.5 i4

Today I completely removed the soft top, doors, and door surrounds. I also flipped my rearview mirror to get it out of the line of sight. After that I sold my old Moabs and 31's for $400. Productive day!

Did my front brakes with Centric pads and rotors, and put new Moog sway bar links in the front. It was a fun day.

I like super dark fenders. Like gloss black. And IMO don't remove those little mud catchers unless you put sliders on. There's like a 1.5" hole under them that don't look good at all.

Watched it sit outside..

And last night, technically today... I was on my way home when the steering became erratic. It was pulling hard to the left, and pulled to the right when I braked. I immediately attributed it to my left front brake. I had no choice but continue driving, but I did so at low speeds and drove carefully. When I got home there was smoke coming from the left side brake.

It made me sad to know that I won't be able to drive it. So I will be replacing the caliper within the next few days. Hopefully the (new-ish) pad and rotor will be ok. On the bright side, I've always thought it was sticking a little bit so this gives me a reason to fix it.

12:00 - Drove her thru a muddy puddle with some friends.
12:30 - Parked her outside of school auditorium.
3:00 - Went to sonic with friends. Parked her at auditorium. Tried to start her navj up to head over to beach. Wont crank. Guages turn on, radio turns on, etc. But wont even try to turn over. Tried banging on starter and starting. Tried jumping her. And a few other things. Decided to leave her outside and try again once I got done inside.
8:00 - Still wont start. Dad pulled me home and shes now sitting outside waiting for me to figure out the problem/take her to a mechanic.

Are your battery terminals dirty or corrosive? This same exact thing has happened to my wife's car and it was just the battery terminals being really dirty and not making a good connection. At least worth a shot...

Getting the underside of my hood painted since it got ruined when my radiator blew. Have since replaced that and it runs cooler overall now. got new shocks all the way round and changed plugs. First major service since I have had it. Have had a whining noise in the rear end and my mechanic said nothing I can do short of replacing the entire rear end as they dont sell the individual parts over here. He put grease in it as opposed to gear oil and it has quieted it down. I also added some one of those small bottles of fluid that is supposed to help noise reduction. I dont know if its bullshit or not but did anyway. Hope the grease idea cant do any damage to the rear end. Trusting them as they said they have done it before on other vehicles and also the mechanics buddy at the dealership also said to do it. Next I am using navel jelly on rust spots and painting with Rust Stop from Ace while its up on the lift. The foreign boys here are looking at me funny when paying attention to detail. They cant figure why I would care about the underneath.
