Haha no. My friend is one of those guys that makes good money but lives in a doublewide and chooses to spend his money on toys. He has a habit of buying craigslist beaters and running them around his "racetrack". Last summers car was a mid 90's 3 series and I decided to test the crinkle coat on my smittybilt stinger via the Bimmer.

Yesterday replaced the spark plugs, heater control knob, radio, sub, ran new speaker wires, put eh newly painted hood back on and changed the oil as well.

Oh and also put on a new driver's side mirror....

And last night, technically today... I was on my way home when the steering became erratic. It was pulling hard to the left, and pulled to the right when I braked. I immediately attributed it to my left front brake. I had no choice but continue driving, but I did so at low speeds and drove carefully. When I got home there was smoke coming from the left side brake.

It made me sad to know that I won't be able to drive it. So I will be replacing the caliper within the next few days. Hopefully the (new-ish) pad and rotor will be ok. On the bright side, I've always thought it was sticking a little bit so this gives me a reason to fix it.
I would replace rotor and pads as well..... Pads MIGHT be usable but I would expect rotor to be warped.

I was thinking the same, but hoping for the best. I don't want to spend the money to replace them unless I know they are bad. I literally just replaced pads and rotors a few months ago :'(

Okay, just making sure you werent saying it like i would! when i say i took my friends through a puddle that usually means i went hardcore mudding

Definitely check your terminal connections, what id do is take them off, scrub them with a wire brush (they could ALWAYS use a good cleaning) and put them back on thght! if that doesnt solve anything, let me know

Today I took my camo netting off because I'm a perfectionist and wasn't satisfied with my own work. Ahh. And drove it around for a bit just to spend some extra time with it.

If you didn't like them, you could just throw them away instead of trying to break them off...

Got my drivers side front end u joint out. Had to cut with a torch and beat it out. Then got it half way replaced. Tomorrow I'm finishing the drivers side and working on the passengers side. Hopefully I'll get it all done and be able to start putting it back together on Wednesday. And replace my brake pads and rotors.

Yeah that's what I thought but the car doesn't have an alarm installed, I can't trace where the wire leads that's hooked up to it, but it is after market?
