Installed extended stainless steel front brake lines. Also, installed refurbished left front caliper yesterday. Works like new, brake doesn't stick anymore

YEAH!!!! I found the hole the stud was stuck in! I cut the stud off and grinded down the weld for 1.5 hours, then used a 3 lb hammer on the nut out for the last hour... ya I'm tired this morning

Got my brakes and rotors changed and everything put back together. I'm waiting for a boat that's in the shop to be done so I can get out of here. I'm so excited to finally be able to drive him home!!

Bit the bullet and ordered it some Ranch 9000 shocks for the front. My kidney's can't take the procomp 3000's anymore. I wanted the Bilstein 5100's but they do not offer them 'eye-eye" for my 6" lift.

Why not upgrade to shocks with reservoirs?

Just don't know much about them. I tend to shy away from things that I don't have much knowledge about. I have read nothing but good things about the Rancho 9000 and figured I would give them a shot.

Makes sense, I love the ride of my friends 5.9 ZJ on rancho 9000.

Would those happen to be white with the word EXPLORER etched on the body?

Dropped her off at the offroad shop for the regear work to 4.10's. Can't wait considering it's really not fun driving thru the hills with the new 33's and 3.07 gears.

So now I know what I have. I was hoping it was the shocks that made the ride so stiff.

Not ready to change them yet but that puts them higher on the list lol

Mine were so rusted in we had to cut them out with a torch. After that and beating them out (I was actually really sore after that) it was super quick and easy to finish. Good luck!!

I'm so happy and proud of myself! He was laughing because I wouldn't let anyone else work on it in any other classes. But it's my jeep!

Got her back from the shop. The ignition actuator broke. Dad told me that the transmission was messed up after he drove it home. I drove it afterwards but felt the same. Drove great.
He also told me it wasnt a toy. Funny cause I treat her like my baby. Maybe cause she was covered in mud when he came to tow me home?
