I have an automatic trans. I tried posting a link on here as to "What causes Misfires" but I came up with a whopping zero responses.
Hey Amped..! Mine is doin' the same thing, exactly...
I hooked the scan tool up and came up with the "cyl. 2 miss fire" as well.
I'm goin' at it one step at a time... I'm only changing the plug first, then if (when is probably more like it) the code comes back and it does it again, instead of just changing the coil "rail" i'll just moved the coils around in an attempt to "relocate" the miss. If that turns out to be a fail, I'll put up on the "battery/electrical" scanner and try to isolate the miss that way in a driving scenario... It seems like a lot of extra work, I know, but this is a "new to me" TJ and It'll help me learn a little more about it, and how to diagnose future issues... I will send you a P.M. here in minute to keep it fresh in my head to keep you aware of my findings... cool..?

Had a very busy and productive day today. I started out by installing my new filler hose which replaced my old hose that was too short after I added a 1.25" body lift and I also had the overflow issue. The new hose kinked a little after I installed it so I added a clamp around the kink and it works fine now. I tested it at the gas station and it stopped with no back splash.

When I got home the real fun began. As I was pulling into the driveway I saw the UPS van sitting in front of my house. He dropped off the first of two big shipments that I will be receiving in the next two days.

In the boxes were my Rampage frameless top and my Hi Lift Xtreme. I was very surprised at how easy of a time I had with the top after reading some horror stories. I think it helped that I had an OEM soft top and some bikini tops so I am used to the process. That or the fact that it was around 80 degrees It only took me about a half hour by myself. Overall I am very pleased with the top. I have yet to take it on the freeway however.

After installing the top I ran to home depot to get some hardware for a hi lift mount. I was able to make myself a rollbar mount with $9 of hardware. You can't even see the jack from behind the Jeep or from the passenger seat (unless you are looking for it).

The jack is in there in this picture.

Oh and last but not least, I hit a milestone today!

Overall I had a great day. The big order comes tomorrow so it should be a busy few days.

It's pretty snug but in a good way. It'll probably stretch out a little over time.

How bad is the road noise? I love big chunky tires, but cant stand the drone. A guy in a lifted pu was next to me on the interstate and his tires drowned out my radio. Heard him coming from a few cars behind me.

35's and you just happened to get one of the worst tires ever! Sorry Man. But those things don't clean out worth a damn. And don't expect to get more than 15,000 miles out of them. And those asking about noise. Sounds like a freight train.

I'm hoping you're wrong on the cleaning. I'll be finding out on a run next weekend.

CB, and GPS need to be installed where the stereo is (stereo to be removed and replaced with I pod hook-up), windshield mount the lights, and fix the fog light connection... It's a lot, but I'm havin' a blast..!
Same color as mine! I love my blacked out grille.

I've been missing mine lately. I'm in New Orleans, LA and my TJ is back home in Kentucky. I should have brought it to do some wheeling here! It's been raining and is really good topless weather here. There's tons jeeps around here. And tons of hummers too. Bleh.
