Took mine to a buddy's shop to get the transfer case rebuilt on Thursday afternoon. He's already done with it and I'm picking it up in the morning and going to play and really test out my four wheel drive!!

It wasn't awful, took me about 4 hours and I took my time. The right tools make all the difference. I never even had to crawl under it. The biggest issue would have been at the collector, it was rusted bad. But, since I had an all new exhaust system out came the reciprocating saw. The PO had cobbled together the exhaust so it was all in bad shape. The manifold had two huge cracks in it.

Dreamed about her a little. Then went and whispered in her engine about how sorry I am that she can't go wheeling with her friends today

Stupid Proms getting in the way of a great weekend

Proms are over rated. My prom date got a train run on her by half of the soccer team after I dropped her off. Go wheeling.

Don't want to go one bit. Worst part is I'm not going with my girl. I'm taking someone else. My girlfriends up in the trails where I should be.

Went and picked up my baby after having his transfer case rebuilt. Then went home and bolted on my driver side fender the rest of the way. And washed the pollen off. Then went and Hun out for a while then I came home and found the right size wrench to disconnect my sway bars. I'm going wheeling tomorrow- all the way disconnecting my sway bars and air down my tires. I'm so excited to have 4x4 back!

Just tear the switch out and crimp the two wires together with a butt connector.

After adding new coils and shocks I ended up with the exhaust rubbing. So, had to get the exhaust modified. Always something huh?

The hubby and a friend spent 7 hours changing my 6in BDS lift to a 4in Zone lift. Only got the rear done. Tomorrow, the front! Yeah!

Not bad. American rock rods come with a stencil.
Draw, drill, cut.

It's hard cutting into your jeep though.
