Got my fog lights put in the bumper and added a wire to the factory harness to provide power to the lights. Hopefully tomorrow I can completely run the power and get them wired up.

New Bestop Safari top for my 2002 TJ;

I don't even notice any flapping even at 65 miles per hour on the highway and the flapping I did hear was from my rear seat belts. Fixed that with my trusty bun-jee cords!

Love this thing - with the no-drill Bestop header!

OK not all today

Today I put on the Spiderweb SW1 trailmesh shade (covers front and rear) and rock guards on headlights, blinkers and tail lights. But over the past 4 days: Rubicon Express 3.5" super flex lift with a 1" Daystar Body lift, (did the Tom Woods CV and AA SYE); Warn VR8000 winch and new front bumper. Pic's before what I did today.

Tore out old stinky wet carpeting to get ready to Monstaliner the inside of the tub, on my next trail rider project. Found a huge hole under my clutch pedal oh well just a little patchwork! pulled out the passenger seat and sprayed down the 1 Stupid torx bolt that holds in drivers seat. Hopefully i'll have it out tomarrow.

Yesterday's work:
Just the detailing (black) to do on the body. Then clean up the frame and undercoat or bedline it and put in frame plugs....

At first I was thinking that is a LOT of orange..... But it'll look better after some black detailing breaks it up some.
And the texture makes it glisten in the sun, man I have turned some heads this morning!!

Kind of new to posting but I have lurked for a while and learned a lot from you folks. I own a 98 TJ and I replaced my front hub bearing assembly two days ago which went pretty well except for being a knucklehead and buying a 36mm socket with 1/2 inch drive and shearing two 3/4 to 1/2 socket adapters. Mental note next time with the large sockets use at least a 3/4 drive socket. Yesterday I replaced my fuel tank retaining plate (I learned here to not call it a skid plate if it is still stock LOL) That went pretty well also a few small issues but overall ok. While under the Jeep I did notice a lot of rust and noticed the mounting point by the frame for my back shocks looks like it's about to give way. I don't even want to think of pushing a shock through the tub. I still need a lot of TLC with her because she has been a little neglected. But I am getting there slowly by surely. Lack of funds can sure slow progress. It's running rough and has bad exhaust leak at the front pipe to converter pipe connection because there nothing left of the flange and I cant tighten them together anymore. Well that's my past few days so now to look ahead to tune up and trying to fix my exhaust (for now)

Pulled off my spare tire and mount. Like the look without it. Discovered that at some point in the past the bolts must've worked loose and rubbed a 3 inch strip of paint off at the top center of the mount plate. Now to deal with a 3 inch by half inch strip of rust.... sigh.

Need some POR then gonna bedline the whole tailgate..... Just need a warm windless day and enough energy for the prep it is going to require to do this right.

Got my ranchos installed, as the RC shocks started leaking within 4 months.

I should have done this sooner, the quality of the ride is incredibly different...

(oops on the images from the phone)

I mentioned it to the wife the other day (she's very safety conscious and likes to be prepared) and she said, go for it, we got AAA.

Do you have any lift at all? I have 31" but wish I got 32"s for my stock TJ to give it a beefier look.
