Made flat flares today. Only in the front. It looks better, more room to flex. I'm not sure if I like it though. Pics later on

Not as loud as BFG km2s... And a little louder that all terrains. I drive with the top down and still hold conversations with passengers if going 40 or less

Counted paint battle scars to fix while washing and waxing the 06. Got to a number between "a lot" and "holy crap" and decided to stop counting.

Replacing all components in our 4" lift. We keep breaking rear shocks. Not sure if its due to where the mounts were put on the Ford rear end. Also hoping to fix the dramatic "sway" with new rims and tires.

Well, I took the leaky street box off. I couldn't get the pitman arm off to save my life. After chaining the box down to my trailer, then setting a food warming oil lamp (you work with what you have because I didn't have a torch) under the arm for 5 min and beating the shit out of it with a hammer. It finally popped off. (:

Installed the new box and old pitman arm, and the pressure line to the steering box. Hooking up the return line and filling her back up today. Hopefully all goes well!

If you're looking to do this job, it's not bad. But if you have a 98 where the steering box is pushed in more than it is on later years, you better have VERY smal hands to get to the 18 mm high and low pressure line connectors.

That's about right. They are not too bad I had BFG all terrains before these and they are a little louder but have way more grip.

Scratch that. I think I got the pressure and return line backwards.

The pressure line is the one that goes in the front left or the back right?

Changed the oil, adjusted the rear brakes and did the clutch bypass so I can start it in gear if need be. Everyone was right about swapping the pug, you really do need to be a contortionist to do it.

Sunny & 80 in Atlanta. Took of doors, door surrounds, removed bikini top and put on mesh top. Removed 3rd brake light from behind spare.

Gonna be great Jeep weather the next several days. Makes going to work a little more tolerable.

Working on removing the rear flares..pita

Who's bright idea was it to use super tiny bolts that a big handed guy like myself can't even get the ratchet to set and turn
