Very easy. 3 screws in the trim ring and 4 in the retaining ring.

third brake light

got pulled over for third brake light out....turned out the two metal contacts between the door and the tub needed to be sanded a little to re-establish the connection.

Depends on the state and the vehicle. Here they are not required. Other states require them if they were OE.

Looks good! I love my trimmed flares! Say bye-bye to a clean jeep, though. I cut mine a little deeper than you did, so you MAY be ok. Lol!

Installed brake pads to pass inspection. Thanks to you guys in the forum it was MUCH easier than I thought it would be! Only took about 40 min! Also put in for my personalized military vet plates and first choice went through!

On a side note: It's odd that veteran plates are $15 extra a year but military retired plates are free. Especially because you can retire and not be a veteran... Or deployed... Interesting!

Put the new driveshaft on after ripping the old one apart. Also installed a new Rancho diff cover this week and a new horn that goes beep-beep.
Then took the top off (and doors) for tomorrow's TopLess day.

Mine is not there either. I don't get any problems for it. Hopefully saying that doesnt get me an issue!

A lot of slick stuff going on this weekend! I just painted my factory steel wheels...

Nothing earth shattering, but they look a helluva lot better than this...

Cool, did the diff cover come that color or did you paint it yourself? I put the top down and took the doors off yesterday at lunch and haven't put them back on yet... probably won't until tomorrow evening

No it came red but my accent color is the blue. My coils, and diff covers are all paired the same blue.

Just got home after participating in the Misfits Jeep Club "go topless" day. Fun parade of 25 jeeps across Riverside to the park and then BBQ and raffle and just hanging out. Great time!

Replaced the #4 plug so I could have some light when entering and exiting. Then opened the drivers door to find the switch had either broke or been disassembled before I bought it. Any suggestions or tips for fixing it?
