That's a good idea, especially since my hinges had to be replaced with different colored parts. I was mulling it over and thought of two areas that could use a touching up. I'll post some pics down the road for comment.

That is a good looking TJ, but take the doors off. You live in California, right?

got new wheels & tires, mounted hi-lift - still waiting for my sliders to come in, iggee covers arrived yesterday as well as new radio head unit and 4 new speakers. CB stuff should be in early next week - gonna look like a completely new rig when I have time to get everything installed - going to take off the short side flairs when I install sliders, trying to figure what I am going to to regarding the exposed holes - though about side plates however SO is already getting aggravated at the amount of $$ i have spent on my TJ lately - so looking for a "cheaper" alternative - ideas??

As a Financial Planner I feel like I am qualified to give some advice to those tracking their expenses. Don't.

I have every expense receipt for my Rubi since 2005. I organized it by date the other day and almost vomited at the site of how much money has been spent over the years. I thought about totaling it up just out of curiosity, but I don't have any antidepressants.

I've had my 06 since August of last year. Just thinking of what I've spent in that limited time would about take me to the ledge.

But it is by far my favorite toy so its worth it!

Today I put on new Rough Country adjustable track bars, Daystar bumpstops, and Falken Wildpeak A/Ts (31's). I've caught a lot of shit on this forum for using Rough Country and Daystar but honestly guys, this thing rides awesome now. I still have my doubts about how great the bumpstops are, but to anybody worried about the quality of these trackbars, don't be. They are huge and heavy duty, way better than stock. I did a little research and I guess they recently updated them and these appear to be light years ahead of the ones that got the bad reputation.

Installed a rear fold down tire carrier I traded for an iPod. Yes an iPod straight up. I still need to bend the upper arms a little so it fits better but looks sweet. No pics cause its too dark. Still can't believe he traded me tho!!

I have a motorcycle tent trailer and cargo trailer that I built a "garage" where I can put one on top of the other. I built this ramp for the hardtop. I just backup to it and slide it on the ramp that is on top level of my trailer garage...

I use those furniture moving sliders and they work real well...
