Never heard of that either... Note to self, don't move to Idaho... I don't think I've seen mudflaps on a jeep. See what your local dealer says. I'm sure they've run into this.

Most States have a tire width/fender flare law to some degree. Enforcement of it is the issue. My state is pretty relaxed about it, but you do end up with a yahoo every now and again that stops everything for anything just to start a fishing expedition!

Isn't Virginia the state where you can get a ticket for not having your off road lights covered if you have more than 2 ??????????????

Lol I have no idea. They might be more strict the farter east you go. Out in swva I feel like mudding and trail running are a common activity.
Granted I don't have any of the mentioned attachments though so I'm no expert.

Put in my new to me stock CD player. Thanks Chaddg for the replacement. I discovered however, that my front driver speaker is dead.
While the dash was apart I cleaned everything and rerouted the aftermarket security system components so the box no longer hits my feet.
I took the advantage that my steering damper is dead to readjust my steering box. Very little adjustment went a long way. I may need a new one eventually but this has definitely bought me some time. Will install the new to me steering damper when the rain let's off. Thanks PhillyMike for the replacement.

New Shoes

Put four new Level 8 Trackers and new 33x12.50x15 Goodyear MTR Kevlars on my son's Jeep.

Also new Old Man EMU steering stabilizer and did an alignment using the info I read on here. Good thing, it was 1.5" off. Checked torque on all nuts and bolts. Everything went smooth except Old Man sent me a bad nut. Replaced it with a better grade 1/2" locknut.

The new JKS adjustable trackbar didn't make it time to put it on today.

All, in all, a good rainy day project in the soaked NE.Name: tj03.jpg

Today I fixed the backup camera that I installed last year(loose wire). I also mounted a mirror on my trailer so when I am backing up to hook up the trailer I can see the tongue and my hitch ball in the mirror in my backup camera

On my way home from work I rescued a Ford Expedition from a ditch (no pics of that)

After that I stopped and did a little Mall crawling.

Finally when I got home I worked on my tube fenders some, installed LED's for side marker/turn signals.

drove it to the stock car races tonight and some piece of trash stole my radio!! im so mad right now i want to scream. mostly mad at myself for making it so easy.
the screws were out of the center dash because ive had it on and off so much lately, and there was a set of wire cutters in the glovebox which they used to cut all of my wires after they ripped the radio and the din plate out of the dash. and to top it all off, they stole my cutters too. and left the radio's face plate. who the hell does that!?

i have a creative solution for fixing this though....
