I drilled 3 holes in the hood. (Pained me to do it but glad I did) 2 for the mount and 1 for the wire to go into the engine area and attach to the battery. We mounted the bracket pieces first and inwards for a cleaner look. Then attached the light bar to the 2 brackets. Got it off amazon for $105. It's 4000 something lumens.

After running a muddy trail, my Black Rock D909s got dirt inside of the ~1/4" deep dimples. Today, I cleaned 2 of the 4 wheels with Qtip swabs. I'm on break right now...

Have you looked for other styles of corner armor? The ones I have are a bit bigger but fit perfectly and a friend of mine has your jeep and it fits.

That's an easy one. Sahara flares are somewhat larger and it is not unusual for a mod to not fit with these flares. Of course you could trim the corner guards or get different flares.

Tore down a drum brake. Changed the brake cylinder, and got the pads back on. Now I have to attach all of the springs and knick knacks that goes in those bastards. Watch I do something wrong and have to tear them all the way back down.

On the website, warrior products says that you cannot install their corner guards on a sahara due to the sahara trim. Does anyone know why this is? I'm assuming it has something to do with drilling issues...not sure though

The sahara flares have a slightly different profile than the standard flares...

I replaced my standards with sahara flares and you can see where the old flares were in a few places...
You can see the line in the paint.

I haven't found many reasonably priced, good quality, and good looking corners. What ones do you have?

Hey how did you install that light bar? Did you just drill into the hood and use nuts and bolts or something like that?

Raised the drivers seat 1.5 inches, installed new fan resister, and gave it a good wash after a trip to the beach to get all the sand and salt off. So much fun to plow through deep sand in 2nd gear with the front sway bar disconnected

I've put the shoes on backwards before and found out when I went to replace them two years later.

Built me a intake last night, got all the tubing from oriellys for 75 bucks along with the filters also changed all the fluids and plugs for another 40 but it's running like a champ now getting pretty darn good gas mileage with 32s and 3.73 on her. Sitting right at 19 mpg

Tested my new Monsterlined tub in a torrential downpour. Ended up with 2 inches of water in the foot wells. Quick pull of the plugs and 20 seconds later it is all gone!

Now she is drying in the sun and will be dry as a bone in the two hours before I leave work. Gotta love Florida in the summer.

We've got the same stinger...almost I got the comp one! Haha Did you get the BFH version? If not can you let me know how you mounted a winch and lights to it? I just have the stinger itself

Sweet! Mine's not the BFH though, just the regular one. I bought a Smittybilt winch plate for ~$60 and mounted the winch on that. The lights are mounted to the roller fairlead. Mine had two holes on top and I didn't want to buy the ~$30 Poison Spyder light bracket so it worked out.

Not sure what I did other than putting the rear shoe where the front would go and vice versa. It must have been easy.
