Brilliant! Thank you! I have been trying to figure out how to do this since I got my jeep! I have a 97 TJ with no interior lights, anywhere! I swapped out my instrument panel w/ red LEDs, but at night, it's pitch black...I have been wanting to do footwell lights, but just wasn't sure how to go about doing it. Thanks so much!

In case anyone is interested in doing the same:

That looks amazingly awesome. So want to do that...you guys are killing me with all these great ideas...so little time!!

I was taking the fender flares off because im getting new ones and they should be here today or tomorrow and since I had the tires off I used a really tough undercoating that's basically bed liner and did the wheel wells and then I also did an alignment and then I had some silver and black spray paint and I painted my coils and shock boots shocks and sway bar links just because I was bored and had extra paint from painting my axles and frame and I gotta say it looks damn good

They are! They seem very well made and durable. Came with a couple of small bags that mount of the back of the seat for storage. Of course you can buy more.

I haven't had them in the sun yet to see how they do with heat. But the material doesn't seem that it would have the same characteristics of Neoprene.

Tried to open up my center console.. Wasn't happening.

It had never been locked in 15 years, so I decided I would try to lock it. Well, I got it locked.. Now it won't unlock. Any ideas? Lol is there any special trick to do this?

One way I think you can fix this is by taking the consul out of the jeep and trying to tap in from underneath where the stock sub speaker is.

Mine got stuck in the locked position too. Mine was because of a large amount of sand in it. To clean the lock out I just sprayed heavy duty silicone into the key portion until I blew enough of it out to be able to turn the key. Then once I could open it I took the cylinder out and sprayed it until no more grime was coming out. It works like a charm now.

Hey man! Sorry to hear that. Glad I didn't continue with Daniel. We met up with some other jeeps and did wolf den, part of slab pile and Rocky Mountain loop and falls dam. Had a blast even though it was slick. Can't wait to do it again

Since this is a TJ thread, my guess is you shoulda bought a TJ. Looks like you've got a JK (Just Kidding - not a real jeep).

Just got done installing mine! Did a front fender mount with a 3' firestick. I'll post pics later. Still waiting on my dash mount for the CB (which I also need to figure out how to wire up). Hopefully taking it to the shop tomorrow to tune the SWR.

Well I figured out that if I want to fully cycle my suspension before the trail I'm gonna have to find a forklift because this is the biggest rock I could find and I'm about 4" away from my bumps stops still
