where'd you learn that knot? is it the coxcomb? I like the extra sprial grip versus just wrapping the steering wheel.

Greased TREs and Ball Joints. Found a few ripped boots but the joints seem to be functioning ok for now.

Added some oil, finished purging air from the power steering system.

I want to go get some rubicon wheels and tires about an hour away. They're asking $300 for 4 wheels and tires(stock) with 9,300 miles on them. These are the JK 17"wheels. Good deal?

You'd need adapters to run jk wheels, the bolt pattern is different

Welllllll, for some maybe.. but not me.. I like to keep my Jeep relatively clean.. and cleaning all that mud off is just not a lot of fun for me.. but I clearly do understand where you are coming from...

Bought me a 2006 TJ Sport with 33k miles on it. 10 min later we had it playing in the mud. Left the JKU at home today. We are now a 2 Jeep family.

Guess i'm confused...i've got a TJ and dont have leafs

the reason for going with 4" front springs is because with my 8.8 axle swap, it boosted me an inch in the back so in order to bring it level i'm goign to run 4" front springs instead of the 3" springs i currently have.

Price isn't bad as long as you have the adapters.

I'd have to buy the addapters. but $300 for wheels and tires, and $200 for adapters. $500 for new wheels and tires? pretty good if you ask me. The only down side is that they are selling four, not five. heres the link tell me what you think.

Jeep Wheels & Tires
Ad says 500 unless you already negotiated a price. The tires aren't much of an off-road tire unless you don't off road then go for it.

Should have gotten lower adj as well... Do you already have brake extension lines? I wouldn't worry about the rear but the fronts would need them I haven't put mine on but there have been some close calls and will be putting mine on soon

Yeah, the a has been up for over a month, so when I asked if they were still up for sale, they said yes, we will take $300. And that was without me even asking the price!

But no, I don't go off road.
