yesterday I installed the Misch Big boy seat brackets, wow what a difference, being 6'7 and 400 pounds-ish I love the new feel when driving.

I also got GT Radials 31/1050/15 put on, replacing the standard street tires that were on it when i bought the Jeep last week, love the new look and overall feel of the Jeep now.

on Tuesday I installed the Quadratec soft top replacement. went with a black instead of the tan that it came with.

now saving up money for a lift and a differential upgrade to go bigger tires.

I don't know if this will be much help or not, but try looking at Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market for any used parts dealers near you. The website searches salvage yards and parts dealers all over the country. It's how I found a few little places around me that I never knew existed before. Good luck with it.

WUT I DUN TO MY TEEJAY:
I saw a CJ awhile back with Monstalined top & doors and thought it looked really good, so I figured what the hell. A friend hooked me up with a gallon of Herculiner, so I tore the lid and hatches off, sanded them down and applied the liner. I like the pimp purple and blackout contrast.

Super easy. Disconnect the 2 lines coming out of the core, where they attach near the water pump. Attach water hose to smaller line and turn water on. Let it run till its clear. Worked like magic. There is a very good video on YouTube

I removed my chrome side steps and had some rock sliders made to match my front/rear bumpers. I surely have nothing against chrome, but they took a beating on my last rock ride. I'll have to give them credit. They kept the rocks off of the Jeep body. They served me well.

Love the look of the new ones. Are you selling the old ones?

I let the guy that built my sliders keep them for scrap. The driver side was still in good shape, but the pass side was dented up pretty good. He told me I should try to sell them, but didn't really want to mess them 'em.

I don't have pics of the underside right now, but can get some pretty quick.

I also changed the valve cover gasket over the last weekend. That was a job that I figured would be about an hour and a half, but turned into about 6 hours due to me breaking the valve cover vent at the back of the cover.

I also bought some rough country quick disco's and installed them.

Oh yeah, I also painted the chrome grill inserts with bed liner.

I think that is about all.

Got my CB mounted.

No one around me has a CB antenna I wanted, so I ordered one from FTL Distributing. I ordered this mount and coax:

I plan on mounting it to the spare tire carrier because i want it to be able to swing to the side to make folding the top back easier. I ordered a 4 ft.Wilson flex antenna to go with it.

I haven't wired the CB up yet, I'll wait until the antenna gets here and do it all at once, since I want to route everything under the rollbar padding.

Having to wait for things is what you get into when you live in the middle of nowhere

It's actually a 2" BB with an additional 3/4" in the front to accomodate the winch weight.
