Yes it can. It's easier for the first time when it's hot. I installed my new rampage and it was cooler. Doable but yes it's harder

Just changed the power steering fluid.

Pro: VERY easy to do.
Con: The fluid pump exchanger tube flew out of the collection can and sprayed fluid all over my garage floor.

So...what's the easiest way to clean up PS fluid from a concrete floor?

Oil dry/kitty litter and simple green would be a start

Ok don't laugh.

The inner boot on my gearshift ('03) was basically gone except the weird shaped base. So I destroyed a pair of my son's jeans, and made a crude boot with my grandmother's 1940 singer sewing machine. She taught me so sew when I was like seven years old. Anyways, needed to seal it, so I used plasti dip spray to do it. Seem to work well. Now I no longer have year round heat blowing through the console. Yea for me!!!

I'm currently solving a rattle issue with the drivetrain and noticed my boot has a similar problem lol. That's an ingenious idea!!! I will be sewing one together this weekend. FTW!

Screwed some more with my on going windshield saga. Paint shop sold me some stuff to glue the gasket or trim in place, which turned into an unmitigated disaster.
So had to repaint the damned thing and do some screwing around with the gasket, but it will work. I definitely do like the clearcoat in a spray can they sold me though. Stuff is expensive but comes out nice, even has a hardener/ reducer right in the can, cool stuff.

Bumper, lift, rims, tires..

The day I brought my Jeep home.

Anyone have an extra shifter pattern chip? I replaced mine, but didn't know it was coming without that piece.
