i have all my kcs converted to hid. front two are 3000k which are yellow in color and the windshield ones are 5000k. white in color. kinda hard to see buy you can see the ballasts zip tied to the bumper. if you dont mind can you post a picture of the winch plate you have. more specifically where it lines up on the front of the bumper. i need to know if i can just screw the ballasts into the bumper rather then zip tie them. gives thieves a few more obstacles to get threw.

also ive never been to the rubicon. which ive heard is on the easier side of trails up there. if you want to look up a real fun trail look up the fordyce trail. ive been on that a few times with my uncle. only trail he has ever needed to use his winch on.

Installed a Novak cable shifter, replaced my front yoke seal and installed a powertrax locker in the front.... Spent all day with the thing..., lots of cuss words and cursing jeep engineers but it all worked out!

Have you guys noticed any difference in brightness of headlight at night? Been thinking of doing this

Not all today but finished today. Added 2"bb and a new set of 31" BFG. Also painted the hard top. Had it exactly a year now.

Found my answer N/M

A couple of the factory pieces to screw into didn't come with the jeep, so I'm guessing ill have to get something. The P/O was just using some random screws and blots to hold it on.

No difference at all in brightness. The bezels are more cosmetic than functional.

Spent about 15 minutes standing in the driveway thinking about how fortunate I am.
