Spark plugs, air filter, oil and oil filter and new wiper blades today. Pretty good day considering it rained all day long

I would too considering AZ has gorgeous interstate. Lol we have heaves in all of our roads because of the freezing and thawing. Hitting a good heave is like running over a 6" high speed bump.

I can see that being an issue. But really out interstates and hwys are not the gorgeous. They have ruts from the trucks in the slow lane and the triple digit heat does not help. I guess what we have is better than your neck of the woods.

Drive my TJ, you'll see what I mean. I always wondered how other TJ's lifted & over size tires road on the interstate. Mine is a wild child, goes all over...does what it wants. I just broke another tie rod yesterday on our highways. Note: I mean highway, not interstate.

Today I will: Remove top, fill with gas, and enjoy the first day of bike (Daytona) week in my "four wheeled Harley"! Weather is looking good, should be sunny and low 70's.

I lived in AZ, the interstates there are awesome compared to IL, haha. Don't get me wrong, on good roads it rides great, but the minute I hit bad roads it's like I'm going to die.

When you lift or modify your Jeep it should drive as well or better than stock. You have some problems with your setup if you experience what you're talking about.

I'll have to find the PO & beat them. I know its not 100%, considering the rear is off center from the front making it skip when it hits bumps. Pretty sure I need adjustable track bars up front and in the back to center my axles.

If your breaking tie rods and is squirmy you might find a frame shops and get the frame checked and make sure its not bent.
Mine needs the front end rebuild and I can still drive hwy speeds all day long and not fight it. And I live around some of the worse roads I've seen! I have drive allot of bad roads! By far the chuckholes in Pa. And Ok are fighting for first place with each other lol.

Thanks for the advice I'll have to take it in. Yeah OK is quite the sh!thole for roads. I've got family there and the drive sucks once you get south west of OKC.

Gave her a face-lift and a wash. Drake billet aluminum grill inserts and black headlight bezels. Loving the outcome.

I'm getting it re-geared to 4:88's, TenFactory axle shafts in the back along with the rear housing trussed. I'm putting our RCV axles upfront along with new axle bearings and seals all around... !

NSG370 fluid change to Red Line MTL. Much better shifting and half the noise. Factory under fill stories are true, little over 1 qt out and 1.5+ quarts to fill at the 60k point.

New side armour

Installed these new SmittyBilt SRC side armor that i got at 4wheelparts sale today for $75. Pretty easy install and all the holes lined up compared to what I have heard about SmittyBilt.

Nice. What did you paint the KC with? I'm looking to get some spots from KC and the color match is nice.
