more undercoating, lots of rustolium products.
their spray on bed liner and spray on rubberized undercoat works great.

Stared at it twice and pictured everything I want to do to it but am too lazy to do...

Hey, how difficult is this project? I was considering doing this to my TJ since I out near the desert in CA, but no one around here has done it yet and so has no idea how much of a pain it might be. Looks great on your rig!
Not hard at all, comes with template to tape on the hood, mark the locations to be drilled, connect the holes with tape once you drilled the holes, cut it out and then bolt the louver in place. I need to get a better pic of it in the day time.

Awesome! Thanks for help! I might just have to put one of these things on then since it sounds like a really easy project!

Made a gruesome discovery.
Looked under the jeep to see a leak. From where the right control arm meets the frame? WTH!!!
Fluid is bright yellow/green. Grab a flashlight to inspect, following the trail. Right up to the evap drain.

Sunny Beach, hop in the jeep and fire it up, crank up the a/c and get nothing but hot air.

Just finished ordering a new evaporator/dryer/orifice/oil/freon. And not looking forward to doing this repair.:nonono:

Looks very nice.. congrats... just wondering how much water will let it go inside the engine in a downpour ????
I'll let you know when it rains!:thumb:
Want hurt anything. I had an old Chevy truck that was a show truck and the entire hood was louvered and it never did anything to it, except spot all the chrome up that was on the engine.
