Brought her home from the offroad shop. Regeared to 4.10's. Nice difference.
Also had a few little things done. Glad to have her back. Now if it would only warm up enough to take the top off!

Brought it in the garage for exploratory service. Most bushings are worn out which explains my tail waddle. I also saw how the short stock arms make for a hell of a time when flexing ons 4" lift. Finally discovered that my end is about half inch to the right but wasn't able to get it adjusted just yet. The rear trackbar, although adjustable doesnt have the stock plate nut thing and I'm having a hard time getting my wrench in there.

Did the third brake light wiring on my new Or Fab carrier. It was my first time doing any type of electrical work so I was a little intimidated. It ended up not being bad at all though. I think it looks pretty clean actually.

Anyone know how hard it is to replace the U-joints on the front axle knuckles of the Dana 30?? Climbed underneath to check for a squeak and noticed mine are SHOT.
Not really all that difficult, but can be a knuckle busting job without the right tools. With 5 Jeeps in the family now, I've done it more times than I care to remember.

Here are some great step by steps w/pics by Stu Olsen :thumb: - All you need to know if you want to give it a go. Read up and decide for yourself. Oh yeah, and PB Blaster the crap out of everything, everyday, for about a week before doing the job. Removal of those 12 point bolts will go a lot eaiser!

2.) Unit Bearing - 1

3.) U-Joint Replacement - 1
