My buddy James did his and the bolts were rounded so he ground them off with an angle grinder an popped em out with a hammer and punchInstalled Rokemen front upper control arms on mine and a friends jeep today. The first CA was a major PITA because the bolt was off by a hair… took 45 minutes and a ratchet strap to be able to get that bolt in… After that the rest were a breeze since we used the ratchet strap before removing the old CA so there was zero movement when we pulled them. (maybe 15 minutes each)…
Then installed the procomp steering stabilizer I removed from my jeep last weekend onto my friends jeep to replace his stock steering stabilizer…
And wrapped up the day by washing and putting sealant on my jeep and 303’d the soft top. Shiny Jeep… Could be mistaken for a mall crawler now…
Anyone have any tips\advice on rear upper control arm installs? Doing that next weekend to complete the CA replacements…

Don't buy the dealer cable. Cost $45 and up.

It helps keep some sun of my balding dome. I mostly just run with the top part over the front seats.I enjoyed mine last summer, but I like the open air feel a bit more so I might sell it
