stock rockers, slightly different coil springs, but most important the stock front and rear lockers. they are compressed air in TJs and Electronic in jks I am pretty sure. some other little stuff too.

Next question. What is a four banger? Does it mean 4cylinder, 4.0 liter or is it the 4 door jeeps. Sorry for my lack of lingo

forgot the electronic sway bar disconnect, to allow more articulation off road.

oh, and generally, higher resale value, but I don't know why people even mention that, because who wants to sell a jeep anyway

They don't come with a slip yoke, so no SYE needed.

Ahh yeah just the way I interpreted the post. On the JK the Sahara comes with the biggest rims and to my knowledge all JK's come with 32in tires with the rubicon being bfg km1's and the sport and sahara having street slicks.
The TJ runs 16in moabs with the bfg km1's where as the sport and sahara TJ's get 15in rims.

Nice.. didn't realize Jeeps produced for Canada used a 16in rim on any of there sahara's. That is cool. In the US all TJ/LJ Sport and Sahara's got 15in rims.

My bad on the tire mix up on the TJ rubicon.. Distractions and trying to type can lead to brain farts. The JK Rubicon however does have the BFG KM1's not KM2's. Unless that changed for 2012. But I know that 07-11 was the KM1.
