Pretty sure those are mirror relocators for when the doors are off. And the tail gate bar can be purchased from most online stores that sell Jeep stuff. Quadratec, 4WDparts, etc...

those relocation brackets are a pain in the butt..i had um and they sucked...always having to swap them and unbolt them from your door mirror brackets...i say either go without door mirrors like me or invest in a nice Quik Mirror from Quadratec...

Just unbolt the mirrors from the current bracket and remove the bracket from the door, then mount, just the mirrors to the relocation bracket, permanently. Put them there and leave them. If you dont want to do this just remove the relocation brackets and sell them to someone on the forum that would want them.

The problem with that is you cant see the mirror on the passenger side when you have them mounted to the brackets...plus your doors dont open all the way either due to a contact issue with the new brackets
