Looks like something out of a Pure Romance catalog. Is it some sort of cable tie?

Nope, the ones in the Pure romance catalog are either black or pink and take batteries...I know cause I still get my ex's junk mail

Well, shucks..if he had filled out his profile and said he had an auto shifter with chopstick mod to start with we coulda saved him lotsa time
