16/city, 21+/hwy keeping it right around 70mph. 98 4.0 5-spd w/3.07 on 31's and 2" BL (which is going away). Will put on a 2" suspension lift and 1" BL and will test again.

I dont bother calculating. I only drive it for pleasure purposes as i have a company vehicle for work. I have no idea if my speedo is right, therefore no idea if my odometer is right. Every pump is a little different when it shuts off, so I also dont know exactly how much fuel was used either. To many little variables that add up to big unknowns. I just put the gas in when it tells me to and enjoy the miles in between, however many that may be.

I'm getting 10-11 mpg doing just pure street driving and I get about 12-13 with highway. I'm running 37s on 5.13s.

I've found a place with 0 ethanol gas. It seems to last a lot longer and gives the jeep a bit more power on the highway grades. Will have to do a real numbers comparison one of these days.

One of the downsides is that the station that has the 0 ethanol is charging for 88 grade at about a buck more than other places are charging for ethanol blend 94 grade. Can you say gouging?
