What kind of lift kit?

I'm looking to out a lift a lit kit on my 1997 Jeep. I don't do alot of off roading. Mainly drive it around town, to the beach and in the country. What kind and size do you recommend and will I just need the kit or should I expect to purchase other parts? I have 32 Dayton tires. Will I need to replace? They also appear to have a little dry rot because the Jeeo isn't driven much.
