What lift should i get.

I was thinking about the 4 inch fabtech basic. I'm wanting 33 inch tires.

Any suggestions.

If I were starting from scratch, I'd take a long, hard look at the Teraflex 4".

Wow those are some pricey kits. I guess all These kits under 1000 don't hold up? Looks like I may be buying bumpers and armor first.

your jeep profile is confusing, you say you've got a 2012 (that would be a JK). but then you say you've got the stock 4.0L engine (that comes in a TJ). I believe the JK has either a 3.8 or a 3.7 and if it's a JK, you can go with 33's without lifting it. kinda like a TJ can go with 31's without a lift kit.

I am assumignt since the 0 and he 1 are close together that you accidently hit the 1 for a 2012 instead of the 0 for the 2002 Sahara....and assuming all that....from my experience....and what the good members on here have said...IMO go with a OME SL and a BL/ MML and wheel the wee out of it. that's what I did with my '04 TJ. It is a little more money that way but still right around $1k if you do the work.

My OME SL is working fine after 2 years and about 30K miles, the BL MML are only about 4 months old but they allowed the fitting of the 33" Duratracs and It is really nice now, really happy with it.

If you have the 2012 JK some think you have, never mind...the JK is bone stock, around here the TJ is the TOY!!

There's your first problem. lol

If you are just looking to do 33's... I have been running a set of 33" Duratrac's with 2" budget spacers in the front, 2" taller springs in the rear and a 1" body lift. It's worked fine so far.

I will be upgrading to a 4" lift soon thanks to a deal from a buddy that upgraded his rig. When I do I'll have a set of 2" spring spacers that I could let go cheap. The two front ones have only been on for about 3 months and the rear have never even been installed.
