I am also having a big issue with my ignition switch (key ) as I can hardly get it to turn over. I bang and push and smack it and only after a huge fight and my fingers blistering, it will turn, and the engine kicks over without hesitation. But this happens now every time I shut it off. So I am guessits time to replace the cylinder? Would you say this is a good assumption? If so what does this entail? IS this a big deal? I am pretty much going to start taking the necessary steps and start, by taking some of the plastic around the dash. BUt does anyone know what steps I need to complete this?
Thanks in advance
Jake

So the Key Cylinder won't Turn with the Key In when Installed In the Vehicle?

You just may need it to be Re-Tumbled. Your Local Locksmith can do it. My Friend just had it done on his Ram a few Months ago.
