What should I ask for?

I've got a set of slider windows for a TJ that I only used for about 3 months and I told a friends dad that he could buy them off of me since I have another set. Assuming these are in good shape what do you guys think a fair price is for a friend since they are fairly expensive I can't afford to just give them away.
Heres a link to the widows with pricing new

I sold mine for $300 when I traded in my 01 sport. They were about 6 months old

So if I figure since his one of my good friends $200 would be fair. I figure I've eaten at least $100 worth of food at his house

If it were my good friends dad or friend I would just give it to them.

I would but he's one of those guys that won't take them unless I give him a fair price.
