What to torque these bolts to?

I'll be putting on the rampage nerf bars this upcoming weekend. I understand that I will have to mount them by taking two body mount bolts out for each side. what should I torque them back to when tightening them back?

And should the brackets to the nerf bars be torque, if so how much or just tighten as tight as I can?

thanks

Tighten as much as you can, torque specs are there just to protect parts that could break strip or warp if you were to over tighten. don't think nerf bars you got anything to worry about

35 ft. lbs. for the body mount. I'm not sure on the nerf brackets though.
