What weight oil in rear end

My newly aquired 2000 Wrangler did not come with an onwers/operators manual and I have a leaking D35 rear end at the cover and the pinion seal that I need to fix but I need to know what weight of oil I need to replace once I complete the repair? Thanks!

The exact viscosity is not critical so long as it is rated as a GL5. When not towing, 75w90, 70w80, 80w90 etc. is fine. If you tow, 80w120, 90w120, 85w140 etc. is fine.
When you have a choice, buy American.
