What will swap off of a zj?

I got a buddy that is into zj's and is always upgrading something what can I snag off him for my tj? I've heard that the tie rod is a easy swap and is tougher but anything else

Tie rod and springs are the only things I know of. I'm sure there are other things, though.

you could keep his axle shafts as spares ... and the spring swap will only work if its a v8 ... they don't ride too bad IMO ... .... coil springs are pretty cheap ... a set of good new 3-4" coils for front or back can be had for about 200 shipped
