What would you pay

02 Sahara, auto, 139k. Body and frame clean. Clean carfax, accelerates good and tranny seems solid. Hard top and only blemish I have seen is on pass. Side front flare, paint chipped. No rust I have seen but need a good days weather to check out good. Dealer owned, $9990 sticker but prob could get cheaper. Would be dd and is on par for price for my area individuals or dealers

that is not too bad for an '02 sahara but would still need a lot more info and pix to advise you accurately. how are the tires? how is the interior? does it have the dana 44 rear axle? how are the wheels? did you get it up to highway speed to check for suspension issues? did you test the 4HI and 4LO operation?

i paid $14K for my '02 Sahara in July '12 but it had both tops, about 1/2 the miles compared to the one you are viewing, new goodyear tires, dana 44 rear axle, and was mint condition inside and out, needing nothing and had not a spec of rust or even a single ding.

I just paid $10,999 for one similar, 2002 Sahara auto, Dana35, 113k miles. Had both tops, always garaged and only a couple scratches. The PO also had the rear main seal, transmission gasket, and rear diff gasket replaced before she sold it to me, because I found some leaks.

I bought my '99 in '09. It's a sport that came with both tops no rust and 115,000 miles for $5500. Deals are out there, just not usually at the dealer

Understand deals are out there buying from individuals. My prob is this would be 2nd jeep and 3rd vehicle for me. Would need to get rid of one and the jeep isn't going as its my "project driveway build". It's easiest to trade truck off for me, yea I take loss but that trumps taking calls and finding time to meet "buyers" due to wife's and my scheds as I work 12 hr swing and she's a teacher and we have 2 yr old. Loss of space is another thought. How many dads have jeeps as dailys and how is it to tote the younguns around?
