what's next?

I currently have the below(including mods):
4.0 engine with nv3550 5 speed
2.5" OME SL + 1.25" BL
32x11.5x15 Cooper STT
D30 (trutrac) + D44 (Open)
3.73 gears

When the 32s wear out i am planning to get 33s.

What do you guys think i should modify/add next?

Tummy tuck is what I'd do next. Or a new front bumper if you want aesthetics.

before lockers and bigger tires?

i was considering the high clearance gas tank skid but how do those work? the tank seems that it is already lifted almost all the way to the body, any room left?

depends if you have a bl or not. i have a 1.25" bl and modded my stock gts for now. just shortened the brackets by an inch for a cheap clearance gain

without a bl, its just about as high as its going to go

did you just cut from the sidewalls of the skid? do you have any pics, or guidelines?

pretty much, just have to make it 1" shorter and weld it back together. i also had to add a bit to the tank straps. took about 2 hours without the drying time for paint

You'll gain more clearance going with a tummy tuck and high clearance tank skid than you will going from a 32" to a 33" tire

plus getting rid of that shovel under the body looks sooo good

thats next on my list

after some consideration, i decided to install 4.56 gears, and an ARB in my D44 in one installation. anyone thinks this is a bad idea?

4.56 would be the right gear for your trans and 33s. installing a locker at the same time would be ideal. just so we're clear, you know you need to also change the front gear too right?

yeah of course!
i am a bit unsure if i want a selectable locker or an LSD in the back, because of the cost difference.

the cost difference between installing a trutrac and installing an ARB (+compressor) will be at least 750$ (did not check for installation cost difference, should be more)

is it worth it paying the extra 750$-1000$ for the ARB?

updated list:
4.0 engine with nv3550 5 speed
2.5" OME SL + 1.25" BL
32x11.5x15 Cooper STT
D30 (trutrac) + D44 (Locked ARB)
4.56 gears
JKS disconnects

When the 32s wear out i am planning to get 33s. and will be tucking the gas tank soon.

I am not yet convinced with SYE or adjustable arms for my setup.

looking for next performance upgrades suggestions.

Nothing yet, since stock i didn't feel that it was really lacking anything, but there is always room fir improvement with upgrades, i don't know if that made sense.
