What would be the big deal if i put 15x10's on my 4" rough country lift. It says its made for 8" wide wheels....I want to put them on 33x12.50x15 tires.
I dont know if i should just go ahead and go with the 8's or not.....???????

The size of your wheels is not necessarily dependent on the size of your lift. Since you want to run 33x12.50's, I personally would run 8" wide wheels. One of my friends ran 10" wide wheels and his tires looked like baloons. I have always ran 8" wheels when running 12.50's. One other thing to consider is the back spacing on the wheels. If you go with too much back spacing, you run into issues with the tires rubbing the frame or lower control arms. If you go with too little back spacing, you run into issues with the tires sticking out far beyond the fender flares and over time, can wear your hub bearings faster. I personally run 3" back spacing on 8" wheels. Don't rub and they only stick out past the flares about 4" or so. But again, I wouldn't go with 10" wheels. Just my .02

I dont know whats the problem with 15 x 10's. I also read that when I got the kit, and wondered why. i cant see how it would have to do anything with the tires rubbing in the spring perch or something like that. I mean if you use the right backsspacing then what does it matter. I put on 15 x 8's but after reading that, I almost thought of going to 10's just to see why. :)sorry this doesnt relly help you but I was just curious for an answer too.
Maybe trip will chime in, I know he runs this kit.
