Alt Nation on Sirius. But lately I have been listening to CW McCall's "Black Bear Road". As a kid this song got me interested in Jeeps and 4 wheeling.

I bought a JVC radio that has HD radio, XM and a USB port. Normally I would listen to a flash drive of music of about 160 rock songs on a 2GB flash drive but noticed lately that the music sounded overly compressed compared to when I would just plug in my iTouch. So went to a pawn shop I know that carries some nice gear and picked up a still new in box 30GB iPod and ran the USB cable behind the dash and so now play lossless audio (sounds way better) of about 3,200 songs.

Anyway to answer your question. All types of Rock from 60's to today. Eagles, Simon and Garfunkel, Supertramp, Steve Millier, Joe Satriani, Eric Johnson, Steve Vai, Pink, Queen, Van Halen (Roth & Hagar), Queensryche, REM and some of the oldies like Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennet and Billie Holliday. I've gotten looks at stop lights when Satriani is blasting than it switches to Frank Sinatra a few seconds later.

I have a simple rule about music in my vehicles: if it's not metal, it's crap!

Okay, that's not entirely correct. I do cross over into a little industrial once in a while. Still, I generally listen to metal of various genres. My stereo has a USB port, and I have a 16gig microSD card which permanently sits in that slot to offer up my collection of music.

I have also been listening to a lot of Maiden recently (getting psyched up for the concert on August 1st), though I've also been listening to a lot of Running Wild, Armored Saint, Judas Priest and Children of Bodom lately.

Iron Maiden's "Maiden England" tour is coming to Salt Lake City on August 1st. I already have my tickets.

You might like to know they are coming to Indianapolis on July 19th. If you're lucky, tickets are still available. Learn more here:

She Sells Sanctury by The Cult and Kryptonite by Three Doors Down and Sweet Little Woman by Joe Cocker would have to be my Favourites.

Three Doors Down
The Cult
Dizzie Rascal
AC/DC
Bob Marley
Joe Cocker
Garth Brooks
and anything in between really, except Classical Music (yyuuuck), got over 1500 songs on USB Memory Stick/Flash Drive, hit Random and let it play.

They're coming to GA this summer too!! But the wifey unit doesn't really want to go. I had to buy her Rammstein tickets instead. They're coming in April (which I'm actually really psyched about!).

My playlist usually consists of, in no particular order:
Iron Maiden
Coheed and Cambria
Slipknot
Slayer (when the tops down! Gotta annoy the older people when I'm driving through down town)
Avenged Sevenfold
Bullet for my Valentine
Rammstein (when the wifey units in the jeep)
Old school ZZ-Top when I'm in the mood (top down AND doors off only)
KISS

To many others to type. I have a 30 gig iPod and its completely full of music

I have 16 Gig of my 32 gig Micro SD card for my Samsung Captivate filled with Music. Streamed via blue tooth to my head unit. What comes out is a mix of just about everything, even some comedy shows. (Hey Rodney sings) Show them to me, Gay factory worker from the south. I have BB King, Weird AL, Stones, Kool and the Gang, Chubby Checker, Twisted Sister, Jimmy Buffet, Commadores, Toby Keith, and on and on and on. My only problem is I have 400 gigs on my PC at home so I have to make playlists and swap them out. I need a phone With 1/2 Terabyte of storage. HMMM i might just get a small netbook with a solid state drive (once SSD's reach 1TB) and fab a mount for that.

Most recently it is classic (read old) country from the likes of Eddy Arnold, Georg Jones, Ferlin Husky and so on.

Cant forget The Doors either...love rolling through town with The Music's Over playing-very creepy song if you've never heard it, and I've gotten some funny looks.
