What's your TJ music Playlist?

What kind of music do you listen to in your TJ?

Depending on the mood, I range from Rock, Alternative and Techno. Mostly Techno though.

Silence... Watching the world go by my windshield. When I went to Ohio and back through 8 states last fall, I never had the radio on ONCE. Even my hearing aids were turned off. I believe I've had my day in the sun as far as stereo systems go, and I get better quality sound at the fraction of the price by hardwiring my phone to my hearing aids. I get a direct connection that way. No noise to overcome or frequency holes to fix in a vehicle. I mainly listen to music at home through my sound board plugged into my hearing aids. It's like being RIGHT THERE.

depends on the day, Jimmy Buffett gets heavy play when I'm wheeling in the Pine Barrens makes me feel like I'm in the Carribbean instead of Jersey LOL. Kenny Chesney. 80's hair rock, country, you name it, I've got it on my iPod.

Jerry Garcia, credence, pink Floyd and the occasional gangster rap usually on rotation but...

As for favorite songs to drive to...
Copperhead road -Steve earl
Flirtin with disaster -molley hatchet
Jim dandy-black oak Arkansas
Heavy metal- Sammy Hagar
In no apparent order.

hmmm...

Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds
Dave Matthews Band
Alice in Chains Unplugged
Godsmack Unplugged
John Mayer
Mumford & Sons
Eric Clapton
Days of the New

Those have been heavy lately. Once I get my sub box built and put in I'm sure it'll expand to some 3-6, old Outkast, Twista, St. Lunatics, etc...

Hah you guys would laugh and not even have heard of 50% of what I play. About the latest I play is AC-DC and it all gets older from that. Rolling Stones, Traveling Wilburys, ZZ-Top, AC-DC, Beatles, Elvis, Bob Dylan, The Doors, and then the stuff REALLY starts getting scary old. Not to mention some pretty heavy classical, country, and all kinds of jazz.

I'm quite old fashioned as well when it comes to music.

Typically music playing in my Jeep would be ZZ-Top, Lynyrd, The Animals, Elvis, Janis Joplin, Dylan, and the lot.

It's like riding with my dad

Actually I like a lot of that music.

I listen to mostly rock and country. Not pop country but real country. I have a very varied music taste.

A little Ellington and Doc Severinsen can go a long way.

This week it's mostly Benny Goodman, Glenn Miller, and Count Basie (One O'Clock Jump is the 2nd best swing tune ever - Sing, Sing, Sing has the top spot).

I'm more alternative/rock now. Some older Weezer, Linkin Park, Page France, Sum41, Collective Soul and mostly what the average kid my age doesn't listen to it would seem lol. I like my 90's music too. Depends on the day could be classical or heavy metal. I tend to stay far away from rap and hip hop. don't get me started. . .

Cool - love the Carnegie Hall live version from 1938.

But my playlist is a bit more up to date - like to give the sub a work out.

Afrika Bambaataa - 'Dark Matter Moving At The Speed Of Light'
Easy Star All-Stars - Dub Side Of The Moon' & 'Dubber Side Of The Moon'
DubXanna - 'POLICE In Dub'
